We have been wanting to visit ever since they opened. Last night we finally made it for a friends birthday. It was even better than I had imagined. I have dietary requirements and they absolutely went above and beyond to provide me with a delicious meal. The place looks beautiful. The food was stunning and the staff were all fantastic. We will definitely go back as soon as we have the opportunity :)

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing culinary perfection at this restaurant, and I'm still dreaming about it! The asaro, a yam and potato porridge, was an absolute masterpiece. The best African restaurant in Swansea. I travel across the country a lot and this is by far one of the best African restaurants I’ve tried. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, you can take your friends, family or spouse. The place is clean and nicely laid out. The food is lovely, with options for kids and non—spicy food eaters. The best part us the people & service. The staff are attentive and welcoming, always looking to help you. As someone who travels a lot and tries different restaurants, I can safely say the service at GP Afro restaurant is one of the best I have had in the world (been to all 5 continents btw). Go check it out for yourself. PS I have no affiliation to the restaurant, just appreciate an African restaurant giving the best service & food.
